It’s not every day that someone as inspirational as Jonathan Mead lets you write on their site.

Today, I posted a short essay entitled on his blog, Paid to Exist. I want to introduce myself to my new readers.

First of all — if you are a Paid to Exist reader, then you want to grab my free gifts.

You can get them here.

What are the free gifts?

1) (in this email, below!) How to Fight Fear through Systems – The key to success in any new habit, goal, or fear is to build a system that supports you. Rather than trying to fight with willpower, you build a system, a context and environment around you, that ensures your success. In this guide, I show you how to build a system.

2) The Minimalist Guide To Hacking Your Habits – Have you ever wanted to achieve a goal — but find yourself bogged down by distractions? You’re not alone. I created this worksheet to help you understand your fears, habits, and goals.

3) The Travel Hacking Report – How to get an international round trip ticket–for less than $100. Also, how to get free professional office space in every city of the world.

4) The Digital Nomad Packing List – Everything you need to travel the world, in one tiny backpack. I did it for years, and you can too. [CAUTION: Requires EXTREME minimalism]

Hi Maneesh! Nice to meet you via Joshua & Ryan’s blog. I’ve downloaded your guide, and look forward to learning from you. Thanks for offering free resources. I’m in need of a lot of help, right now, and don’t have much money. But I’m determined to do this minimalist thing.

As I keep telling people, I’m going into it kicking and screaming. But I know, deep in my heart, that this is my path. I am endlessly grateful for people like you who are walking along with me part of the way.
