Hi all,
I just got back from the World Domination Summit in Portland, Oregon — a conference hosted by Chris Guillebeau of The Art of Non Conformity. It was a very inspiring time — one where I was able to meet some of the people who influenced me over the last few years.
While there, it’s hard to miss the importance of community. When a group of people with a similar mindset and similar goals get together, well, they can achieve things that most would never dream of.
So, James and I started brainstorming — what can WE do to create a community of successful world-changers?
Check out this video here for a quick summary of the summit.
You can see that we have some very interesting news coming to you about a challenge we’ll be doing starting August 1. We don’t want to say much yet about what the plan is until the details are fleshed out, but stay tuned if you’re interested in making August one of the most successful turning points of your life…
All I ask is that you answer this one question. What is the one specific habit you would like to build that you just haven’t been able to? For example, eating paleo, or exercising every day, or writing 1000 words a day, or practicing spanish for 60 minutes daily —- what is that one goal? Let me know in the comments below.

Im struggling to work more than 4hours a day. I just had a 4-5year vacation. If I can write for more than 2 hours a day on my webpage and books (AdrianCahill.com) I will be happy. that’s it write 2 hours a day for my books. Invest young! Invest in Habits!
Cheers Maneesh.
I would like to be able to get in “the zone” daily, feel grateful everyday, and complete the most challenging tasks for my online business first.
Great goals! Keep up the good work.
To live a rightous and holy life
For me, writing 1,000 words a day would be a great accomplishment. I’ve been on a guest posting kick, so if I wrote 1,000 words a day, I’d be able to do more guest posts.
I would love to eat healthy foods and to eat only when I am truly hungry.
Exercising regularly for a great beach body.
I want to go to bed (and fall asleep) before 11 pm. Although I’m a night owl I noticed that I get more done and am more satisfied if I wake up early. To do that I must get enough sleep so getting to bed early is my dream habit to have.
Hey guys! So, to put it short the one thing that would really change everything would be to always act, never delay things I want to do. Done with excuses, done with postponing things that are important. Just to them simple and effective.
Looking forward for your crazy interesting stuff 😉
Sounds good. The one habit that I’d like to have right now is to be able to get up early and get everything done by 9:00.
I would like to learn about every single culture. I think a knowledge like this would be beneficial to everyone to help the world become one big community where we help each other and not just in times of need but ALL the time.
Excuse me for hijacking the comments for a sec, but I’d really what Maneesh and James are doing is really inspring, I’d love to try it online with someone via skype everyday to keep one another accountable. If anyone is interested email me at [email protected]
I’d love to get an online business up and running. But I’ve got plenty of other commitments. So first of all, help on how to focus (and kick ass) at multiple projects at once would be awesome. I’m doing a PhD and lecturing. So setting up an online business would split my attention.
A good habit? Let’s see…30 minutes a day dedicated to an online revenue stream.
Can’t wait for the stuff you guys have planned!
Personally: Waking up at 5:00AM and working on my website AccountabilityAngels.com
Day Job: Working on the most important activity of the day at my most productive time. Checking personal email always derails me. I’m addicted to it.
