Hey Maneesh,
You might also want to check out the Bodyweight Revolution and also Beachbody’s Insanity workouts.
Both require absolutely no weights or bands, just use your own bodyweight.
I love Insanity. Email me if you want more info on it.
@Adrian: In regards to ‘keywords that DONT have too much competition’, there may be a competitive market for the product/service, but many of those competitors are not taking full advantage of the internet and SEO to put them at the forefront. That is where he steps in with placing those keywords in a ‘keyword rich’ article so that the search engines will rank him higher, bring in traffic, where he will have adsense (I am assuming) links to those products/services.
On my site, I am not quite following Tim’s approach of something that will totally free me, but it will eventually. I create gospel backing tracks for choirs and individuals to use for live performance. After providing this service, the finished product (mp3) I list on my site to get residual income for others looking for those same songs. Other than web hosting and an adwords account, I have no inventory or overhead. It is a very unique niche in the market, and has created a decent cash flow. Once I get the catalog beefed up (and hire another musician to do the work for me) it will run itself. Thanks Tim!
You were carrying around rebar. Not iron pipe. Rebar. Reinforcement bar – typically used in the building of larger concrete things. Like parking garages.
I use an elastoband. It is extremely compact, and as long as you have somewhere sturdy to fasten it to, you can exercise almost every muscle group there is, and isolate them just like you would in a gym, which allows for a much more specific workout, and can be done in a reasonably confined space. Then I just go for a run.
Great idea about doing a workout on the move. I would also recommend Beachbody 10 minute workout DVDs which you could play on your laptop to get a great kick ass workout.
Wanted to ask you a quick question (hoped to get a better chance of you answering it on here as it looks new and there are no other comments yet, its like fresh tracks snowboarding).
Your 4HWW video was awesome, but i could not get my head round something you said; why do you look for keywords that DONT have too much competition? Surely the more competition, the greater number of ads with higher CPC will be featured with your articles.
It’s driving me crazy, please put me out of my misery :o) Many Thanks Adrian

Yes, I wanted to echo John’s comments about the rebar. Rebar is found all over build sites. Anywhere there is a lot of concrete, foundations, etc.
