Nothing has improved my fitness more than the Paleo Diet.

Yesterday, I found a photo of myself from a year ago. Prepare your eyes, it’s disgusting.

I took that photo in January, 2013. By the time June came around, I had gained another 10 lbs (you can see my fat ass running here, if you really want to).

But things changed in July, when I began focusing on my diet. I switched to the Paleo Diet, and focused on building good habits, not just being comfortable.

Here is a photo I took last week.

My mom doesn’t know I got a tattoo, gosh I hope she doesn’t read my blog.

Certainly, going to the gym helped — but it wasn’t the real difference. The significant change was DIET. I did it before, and easily and quickly got in the best shape of my life (until now).

So when John Durant, the author of The Paleo Manifesto, asking me to speak at the online PaleoCon conference, I was honored and f’ing excited. And I have to say — I think that the conversation that John and I had was epic — not just about diet, not just about glucose — but about real, lasting change.

So, what is it? It’s an online conference with experts, discussing Paleo. For about a week, 3-4 presentations will go live each day. I’m not sure which day my presentation will go live, but I’ll announce it.

Well done! Although I really think the first pic was of a pretty average-notdisguistinginanyway guy, whilst the second one was of a pretty fit guy!

It’s pretty cool that you lost that weight and look kinda buff. But what is truly amazing is how much hair grew on your chest and arms in the past year….that should be physically impossible :):P:)
